Overview
About the platform
What is AT AI?
AT AI is a governed, client-specific customer-assistance platform for organisations across industries. It combines a website assistant, approved business knowledge, conversation history and controlled reporting in one tenant-isolated system.
Who is it designed for?
It is designed for organisations that want to improve customer guidance and answers while maintaining clear control over data, actions and access.
What makes it different from a general chatbot?
AT AI is built around each client's approved sources, business permissions and operating model. It stays within defined client-specific boundaries rather than acting as an unrestricted general-purpose assistant.
AI assistant
Customer conversations
What can the website assistant do?
It can answer business and service questions, guide visitors through approved options, explain policies and retain conversations for authorised review and reporting.
Can it change business-system data?
Not by default. Initial integrations are intentionally read-only, and any write capability requires explicit client scope, platform approval and appropriate safeguards.
What happens when the assistant does not know?
It should clearly say when reliable information is unavailable and guide the visitor toward an approved next step or human contact.
Does it support multiple languages?
The platform direction includes English, Hindi, Hinglish and Dutch. Language readiness is validated for each assistant before activation.
Knowledge & data
Your source of truth
Where do answers come from?
Answers are grounded in configured sources such as approved business knowledge, documents, websites and authorised read-only integrations. Access remains scoped to the relevant tenant and department.
How do we update incorrect information?
Your authorised team can maintain the approved source content. Updated or retired knowledge follows a controlled content lifecycle so the assistant uses the current source of truth.
Is one client's data visible to another?
No. Organisation, user, knowledge and conversation access is designed around tenant isolation, with additional department and role boundaries where configured.
Reporting
From conversations to insight
What reporting is available?
Authorised users can review conversation history and configure bounded summary reporting. Delivery follows tenant and department access rules.
Are raw transcripts emailed?
Raw transcripts are excluded from summary email by default. Reporting is designed to share useful insight without unnecessarily distributing sensitive conversation content.
How are report recipients controlled?
Email recipients must be configured and verified. Delivery events are auditable, and access follows the same organisational permissions as the platform.
Security & privacy
Responsible by design
How is access controlled?
Role-based permissions, tenant boundaries and department scope determine what an authenticated user can access. Operational settings are versioned and managed through controlled workflows.
Is voice recording enabled?
No. Voice recording remains off until appropriate legal policy, consent language and operational controls are approved.
Can we set retention and usage limits?
The platform is designed for bounded retention, channel and usage settings. Final policies are agreed and validated before an external pilot.
Pilot & onboarding
Getting started
What is included in a design-partner pilot?
A focused pilot includes a hosted website assistant, approved client knowledge and optional integration profile, agreed usage limits, direct onboarding and a structured feedback review.
How long does the pilot run?
The current design-partner pilot is planned for approximately four to six weeks, depending on integration readiness and agreed success measures.
What do you need from our team?
A business owner, approved knowledge and policy sources, clear customer use cases, and team members who can validate answers and participate in pilot reviews.
How do we begin?
Contact AT AI to discuss your organisation, customer questions and desired outcome. We will confirm whether the current pilot is a good fit before any activation.
